Whether you listen to the show live, or on catch up, or if you are a member of he group, you can still request a song/dedication.
Just record your request, on you phone, laptop, tablet or pic, and email it to us, by 5pm this Friday to:

All requests via email or the blog need to be in our system by 3pm Sunday, before the show, any received after this time, will get carried over.
